Inconsistent naming for pages/pidList

Description

The naming for pages and pidList in the Typoscript setup seems to be inconsistent in places. Most of the time, pages is used, but in the ICS setup, pidList is used instead.

There's no functional problem with this, so its not a big problem and there may be reasons for this different. It would be good to look into this at some point in the future though....
