Add documenation for working MP3 settings

Description

I use Audacity for recording, editing and exporting mp3 files and when I set it to 44.1KHz it still played fast (using a bit rate of 32k). I then found the following table of working combinations: http://loudblog.de/forum/viewtopic.php?id=46 Using Audacity and setting the bit rate to 48k and the sample rate to 22KHz works.

I would suggest that something needs to be added to the documentation to make others aware of this issue.
