Add record name and table reference to WEC Map Admin Module

Description
When using the Map Admin Module, it would be helpful if each address was preceeded by the username so that an administrator could cross-reference website users with the Module. As it is, each username in the list or edit icon in the module must be opened to try and figure out which address goes to which username.

This is going to be a pretty big change so we need to think hard about whether this fits in the 1.0 timeframe or not.

Notes:
Need to have a general mapping from geocoded address to record, since it's not always FE users; it could be any kind of record.
That would require changes in the geocoder where we at least separate out the cached addresses from one string into the different address components.

Further note, instead of the username it should be the record name plus table.
